Ok, 8 players with 3 spies who can communicate with each other. This game is pretty imbalanced in favor of the spies IMHO
I do agree, however, for this team, I believe I may have singled out the spies. The only people yet to vote are the two other people I suspect as spies and Wischland, if my count is correct. Therefore, if I have indeed chosen the non-spies, then we can win by keeping them off mission 5 as well. This, in essence is a Hail Mary Team in my opinion.
Eastern New England has also sealed their case as a spy by the strong opposition of these team that WILL succeed and prove their guilt. The people I have chosenare the least likely to be a spy team, this has been agreed to by 3 other people, not all of us could be spies, that means, we are not spies, and means that Eastern New England, IS.
Whatever. Prove me wrong, if you want, but I am sure I am right. I'll Vote: Yes just to see this team fail. Good luck to this team consisting of a overwhelming majority of spies.

republicofleavolt , Wischland , Musketoon , Wille-Harlia , and Ayunli made one last-ditch effort to sneak into the XKI Casino and get down to the bottom of things. Things were going well and it seemed there was hope, when not one, not two, but three members of the mission betrayed them!
The ghost once again forced them to flee the building and the Casino owner is tired of waiting around for results and has fired the Mystery Gang for good. The spies have won and the mystery remains unsolved.
Mission 1 - Sweethaven (L), Ayunli, Leavolt - Success -Everyone votes in favor of the team -Sweethaven, Ayun, and Leavolt all vote success for the mission -The Spies conspire to reuse part of this team for the second mission to deflect suspicion
Mission 2 - Musketoon (Spy and Leader), Ayun, Leavolt, Sweethaven - Fail -Everyone votes in favor of this team -Musketoon votes the mission to fail -The Spies conspire to deflect the blame onto anyone but Musketoon and deliberately argue against one another to downplay suspicion
Mission 3 - Willie (Spy and Leader), Leavolt, Wisch (S), Sweethaven - Fail -The first team proposed by ENE is shot down due to a suspicion bandwagon started by the Spies -On the second team, only Musketoon votes against to once again deflect suspicion -Wisch votes to fail the mission while WH votes success because the Spies are unsure if I'll reveal how many votes against a mission
Mission 4 - Leavolt (L), Wisch (S), Musketoon (S), Willie (S), Ayun - Fail -This last team tragically contained all 3 spies -The Spies at this point know they've won since they are able to gain a majority with all 3 of their votes + 1 Resistance yes vote -All three vote to fail the mission
And so ends the game...
Some observer's notes:
- There was some excellent playing here on both sides which was fun to watch, and I think the Resistance almost had it up until ENE's team got shot down and the Spies took over the direction of conversation.
- I do agree after watching both games run that any future games will probably have more Resistance-favored roles, like Resistance: Avalon does. However, having never run one of these games before, I'm still pretty content with how it all worked out.

and yea Grea Kriopia , the balance is way off. Ideally each team should have an equal chance of winning.
Edit: I am a moderator of a werewolf game sub-forum on another site. I have a team set up to look at set-ups and see if they are ok. I'll have them take a look at the game in general and see what they can come up with.
Edit again. It looks like from the card game the spies dont communicate with each other, they just know each other.Perhaps that will work...hmm

Whoo, that was fun! Good game everyone! Also Ayunli, I wanted to apologize for attacking you for "playing innocent". I was just grasping at straws to create suspicion around you, and didn't mean to offend you. I'm sorry!
Grea Kriopia, I'm inclined to agree with SweetHaven. The balance of the game does favor the spies, and while the resistance did a great job with debating and narrowing down who the spies were, I think some Resistance-favored roles would be helpful, and add in some more excitement!

It's ok, clearly my WW strategies don't really work here, plus I'd never heard of the resistance game until the olympics event. With some modifications though, it might be worth it to try again. I just assumed that as a member of the resistance, I was supposed to vote yes when it came to mission success, and didn't totally get the significance of the spy roles. Overall, decent game (3/5).

I'd like to use this post to say I told you so . No but seriously, we shouldn't have started attacking each other, that really cost us in the end. Also props to Wischland for not being suspicious in anyone's books! Very well played!

So I really did pick the literal WORSE team I could have. Yes, Eastern New England, you were right, but honestly, the call you made against the team had made me more suspicious of you. I guess I over thought everything, sorry guys.

I may suggest adding the Merlin (as it's called in Avalon) role to the game which could help balance. Merlin can see all the spies but at the end o the game the spies get a chance to guess who merlin is. If they get it right they still win but it is an interesting little switch to throw in there. If the game is still to tilted in the favor of the spies (which in my time of playing it is) you could also pick to add Percival who is able to see Merlin and one of the bad guys but doesn't know who is who. It allows for some fun decision making as they try to figure out who is who. The last suggestion I have is that instead of upgrading the resistance you could nerf the spies which could be done by making one of the spies not know who the other spies are and vice versa. Those are my suggestions and I would like to say that even if the spies don't normally get to talk to each other I do find it more fun to be able to strategies with one another and come up with a plan to manipulate the direction of the conversation (at least it was for me).

It's totally fine! I can understand why you were suspicious, I was also suspicious of you.
