As part of the XKI Cards Co-op, members have protection against dropping and heisting by other members. Dropping and heisting are defined by the Cards Co-op's authorizing bill as:

A. "Dropping" is defined as submitting a new card for sale at the current bid amount on a live auction for a card another nation is currently bidding on in order to force the other nation to pay a higher price than they originally intended.
B. "Heisting" is defined as attempting to interfere with another nation's efforts to transfer bank possessed by one nation to another nation.
In order to enforce the no dropping/heisting provision, HN67 has designed this tool to display an icon next to nations that are controlled by members of the XKI Cards Co-op so that Co-op members can know if they are about to drop or heist a co-op member.
To install the tool, you must install the Tapermonkey extension for Google Chrome or Firefox. Once you have installed the extension, copy and paste the contexts of HN67 's .js file (which you will need to open in a text editor on your computer) and add it as a "New Script". It will operate on all card auction pages on NationStates.
If you would rather not use the Tapermonkey tool, you may see the full list of puppets of Cards Co-op nations here.
To report a violation of the the no dropping and/or heisting rules for adjudication, please PM New Kowloon Bay with relevant documentation.
