With the continued expansion and modernization of the Imperial Armed Forces, New Goldman has essentially left many old military vehicles and equipment either in reservist formations or in the preservation yard. With the manufacturing of brand new military equipment and vehicles, these old stuff had reached a point where they are practically useless for further service and use in combat. In order to decrease the number of stockpiled military assets and ensure that hazardous metals are to be kept from the population's sight, the Emperor has decided to launch a lend lease program for nations who wants or is in desperate need for military vehicles. Lend Lease, like the American version, is absolutely free, but the requester can still pay if it wants.

Along with giving away military equipment, nations can also issue contracts for newer equipment to be created for them, for a price. At least 2 Million cash per contract is acceptable.

Keep in mind that the Lend Lease Program is mostly focused on smaller nations who are just starting out and in need of new military equipment. New Goldman will retrofit and modernize the packages as a bonus. But for medium sized and large nations, you are free to ask for lend lease as well.
