President Bush's IQ though is certainly nowhere near 140. I suspect his IQ is below 100, but I won't stand behind the claim because I can't really prove it.

There are 2 different kinds of stupidity. There's book learning and there's street smarts. Someone can have all A's all through Harvard, but still have no idea how to handle himself in a situation. Kinda like Bush. Except Bush isn't that smart. When I say Bush is stupid I don't mean he doesn't how to read and write and do trig, I mean he doesn't know what to do if some one came up to him and showed him rock solid proof that he was getting rid of thousands of jobs within the government(which he is), he'd say no I'm not and move on(which he did).

Well I don't know if he realizes it, but people are having to be laid off at NASA because of his Mars project. When you give some one 9 million dollars for a 4.7(or something like that) Billion dollar project then there are gonna have to be some serious cuts in NASA budget from the other programs.

A major tenant of Republican philosophy is supposed to be smaller gov't. In part because of 9/11, the Federal gov't has actually *increased* under Bush. That's not really a good thing either. Having a bigger gov't is a negative against Bush.

I'm not talking about those guys who boss around people and don't acctually work. I'm talking about all the scientists who are losing their jobs because they can't be paid because most NASA officials don't care who they fire as long as the job gets done.

Ahhh the NASA dilemma,
Actually the amount in NASA budget requested by the President was quite sufficient, as he wishes to fund their research and missions. The problem is the Republican Congress and the Budget system has decided to appropriate a smaller portion. Therefore, at the moment if the Budget goes in as being drawn out, NASA will be cut a bit.
That would mean of course some of the researchers will have to be cut back, and less spending can be done to promote and complete their missions and research. This isn't something new though, NASA has had its budget cut many times.
It is the right of all citizens and all people to live in a government with freedoms and the protection from the evils and temptations of the world.

Yes, but it never effected me before. So now I have a reason to complain and I have to find some one to blame, so I pin it on Bush, because it is kinda his fault.

Well, just because Bush pushes NASA to do something and gives them funding, dosen't mean they have to fire people. yeah, they could downsize projects, but have the people work on the main project in their field.
And please, don't assume GW is stupid because he says ya'll and nucular (I said it like that forever). He's just Texan. And if you say one thing about Texans, I'll become delegate again and bot yer arse! (Truthfuly, in NH I saw a t-shirt that said "I messed with Texas." I almost threw a shoe at his head.
