I decided to post updates here because it will be easier.
Update 1:
All Generals, along with 5000 troops have been placed in your capital. They may move two times, move once and attack once, or just attack once, each turn. They can move from any province you control to any other province you control, and that will count as one of two of their moves. However, this move has a 1 turn cooldown.
The Jomsviking Empire and the Unified Republics of Talychon have entered into a NON-AGGRESSION PACT. This will last 5 turns as the duration has not yet been specified (3-6 turns).

Do you have to spend the same amount to movement points across provinces you control? It's going to take 2 weeks (based on 2 turns per week) to get to the southern provinces of my nations. I think we should be allowed to spend one movement point to teleport from a province you have controlled for 2 turns (in order to nerf this slightly) to another province you have controlled for 2 turns.

The 2 turns is to prevent going on an attack, then immediately teleporting back to defend which'd be overpowered, although I'd also be fine with just one turn teleportation cooldown.

Right, I worded that wrong, that's kind of what I meant. Will clear that up.

I still think there should we a bit of a cool down of 1 turn to avoid capturing a province and immediately teleporting back to defend something else. The cooldown would force you to think more strategically and leave a bit of troops behind to defend instead of having one massive army teleporting around.

I was just about to ask what you meant to do with those explorers. So, as in the above post accompanying the update, you are able to do two things with your troops, maximum, or simply one attack. Every other turn, you can do a “quick move”, as I did in my last IC post. With that move, you can move from any territory you control to any other one, but you can only do it every other turn. Otherwise, you can move two provinces, or move one province and attack once. To do that, simply state you will quick move to [describe the province], then that you will attack one next to it. Basically, read my last post on this thread.

Yes all vacant spots, regardless of who owns them, or if they are owned at all, have a 1000 troop garrison.

I prefer biweekly ones because I'm able to check every once in a while and make a post. The biweekly updates also double the speed and make the RP harder to stagnate.

500 additional troops have been placed in all capitals, for a total of 2500 if you haven't done anything with them yet.
The NON-AGGRESSION PACT between the Jomsviking Empire and the Unified Republics of Talychon will last 4 more turns.
The Franco-German Empire and the Carantian Confederation have entered into an Alliance.
The Federation of Gibraltar and the Carantian Confederation have entered into an Alliance.
The Franco-German Empire and the Federation of Gibraltar may have 2 more Allies.
The Carantian Confederation may have one more Ally.
The Federation of Gibraltar acquired one Province (the one that looks like Tunisia), with a loss of 50 troops. They have 4950 there, and 500 + General in their capital.
The Aurora Empire acquired one Province (the one that looks like eastern Egypt), with a loss of 50 troops. They have 4950 there, and 500 + General in their capital.

If you have two separate armies, that can attack according to the rules, then yes, but spreading out troops is risky.

The Aurora Empire acquired one Province with a loss of 250 troops. They have 4700 in what looks like northeast Libya, and 1000 + General in their capital.
The Republic of Taipei has conquered East Turkestan, and has 2670 troops stationed there.

Well, the general types are:
General Type A grants a 10% effectiveness boost to all troops ATTACKING a province.
General Type B gives all forces ATTACKING YOUR PROVINCE a -10 % effectiveness debuff.
General Type C grants +5 % effectiveness boost to all defenses in all provinces you own.
For Generals A and B, they have to be in the province, attacking or defending with your troops. General C is for all your provinces, and thus does not have to be moved.
