Hark Delegate In Waiting and Waiting Hakketomat !
In the interests of a balanced and fair delegate election, we are compelled to inform you that while my Minions were accidentally rummaging through the trash of a certain opponent of yours for XKI delegate, they found her Campaign Strategy Playbook. It is titled, authored, and written entirely in code. It is cleverly titled: The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss.
Our cracked code breakers have been successful in their initial herculean efforts.
* “Cat” obvious refers to a feline sympathizer, an unnamed opponent of yours, and by using a simple alphabetic substitution formula translates “Cat” into “Spy”.
* “Hat” is an obvious reference to you. E.g., “Hakketomat”. Plus, since the interior of hats are circular, the full title of this villainous volume is clear: The Cat in the Hat becomes The Spy in the Hakketomat Circle.
But who is this spy (or supposed friend)? Obviously, the author himself: “Dr. Seuss”. But who is he? It could be as clear as the fangs in your face! All the letters in “Dr. Seuss” would be in the spy’s name for easy recognition by your opponent’s fellow travelers.
For example, consider this name: Aersoldorf. The missing “u” is a standard “misinformation” coding technique, trying to get you to look at the “bright shiny object” in the middle of the name to distract the decoder.
As disturbing as this diabolical document is to your campaign, Hakke, consider this line from the text: “The Cat in the Hat knows a lot about that!” About what? We’ll keep working on it. But it doesn’t sound good.
