Dokansia you almost had my hopes up when you mentioned "Black and White". Thought it'd be some good stuff from Pokemon Black and White

But for me, it depends on how I'm feeling really.
Because I like Fire Emblem very much and like when characters have their own "themes", I always thought 'Id ~ Hope' from Fire Emblem Awakening was my "battle theme", and still think so today.
But outside of a battle theme, I'd say the theme of Nacrene City sits nicely right about now.
