Tenth Annual Paffnia Prize

It's time for the tenth annual incarnation of the Paffnia Prize, the award given to the nation that comes up with the best new, implemented idea for the Islands each year. The Prize is administered and partially funded by Taco Island Charities. All the information on the Prize can be found here.

My personal contribution to the Prize stands at 1,163,603 , and growing. As previously, TIC will match whatever I (Paffnia) put in, for a total of 2,327,205 so far. Others are, of course, welcome to donate on top of that.

As in past years, the Baden-Wuerttemberg Ruby Prize for second place and Baden-Wuerttemberg Opal Prize for third place will also be awarded. In total, all three of the Paffnia and Ba-Wü Prizes will give out 3,000,000 (final amounts to be determined)!

While I requested a TIBOE Reform Act, pointing out the provisions of the previous one that were outdated after the numerous TIBOE reforms, it was Wischland who wrote the Act itself and introduced it to the Co9 to get it approved.
