MrHermit for Blue Canaria North: Campaign and questions

Gday, Islander's of XKI. I'm MrHermit a member of Tito and card farmer with spare time on my hands. This thread is designed to give general information about me and my campaign for Blue Canaria North.
First of all I'm a member of The Circle Party and I operate on Australian timezones mainly.
I'm running for this seat for a few reasons.
1. I love XKI and I felt like this was a great way to give back to the community.
2. This job gives me the chance to interview people from the community that otherwise I might not ever get to meet and that really appeals to me.
3. Writing reports/dispatches/journalism has been a hobby/job for me since childhood and this is another opportunity to go and do that.
Enough about that though, here what I want to do if I get the the seat for Blue Canaria North,
1. I want increase internal interest in the monthly update in particular for people who are new to the region so they can have an idea of what's happening in their region right from the start of their time here without having to trawl through hundreds of forum/discord/rmb posts. That being said I reconize that the update is mainly written for embassy's benefit and will write the report aimed toward them.
2. I want to receive feedback on the update paper, suggestions on how to make it better. Literally anything to do with this dispatch, I want to know it. I want to make this dispatch as great and as representative of XKI as I possibly can, and for that to happen I need your ideas.
3. I want to appoint a deputy to help gather information and edit the dispatch as I believe getting another person to edit my work will make it much better.
