Commander-In-Chief Hakketomat is looking for TITO 4000th Mission Medal, to commemorate TITO's 4000th mission, and to be awarded to those who participated in it.
For reference, past thousand/five hundred mission medals:

Hakketomat is also looking for a new forum icon - the little image that comes up on every tab you have open next to the page title, and on bookmarks. For more information:

All designs you can think of could be posted here. The designer for each chosen image will be paid 10,000 :-X

per image.

Shrinking it to favicon size makes it look funny (the lines on the globe are card to see, and just make it look messy), so I might try simlifying it a bit later.

I didn't actually work on that much, but here are two palm trees that might work (the first can be used for free, the second one has its watermark cropped out and can't to my knowledge).
