Hello, and thank you for joining the Walmart team! We're very happy that you were able to join our family, and look forward to helping you in your new position here in the company. Before we get started, here's some of the company ground rules for you to remember:
(Long rules)
1) After the mandatory Academy training, we'll start things off with a nice morning meeting so we can get to know each other. This will last 72 hours for our first one so that we can just really get to know the team and see how the good performers are. After that first one, Morning Meetings will normally last for 48 hours so that we can start to focus on the customers.
2) Also as a reminder, Home Office has decided to make some changes in how we approach employee initiative and growth. So at the end of each day, we'll be holding a 24 hour Manager Meeting where I'll meet with the managers separately to discuss employees performance rates. During this time, our Asset Protection Manager may choose to Watch over a specific Employee, while our two Team Leads may choose to take advantage of our new Mentor-to-Management program and each take an employee under their wing for a day to protect them from employees that may try to steer them away from their goals and aspirations for growth. I should also remind you that we have 2 Undercover Employees from Home Office that will try to sway employees to do unorthodox things such as attempt to unionize so that we can find out who truly belongs as part of the Walmart family. Any employees that are found to engage in such activities will be fired immediately upon this discovery when we're informed of this by our Undercover Employees.
3) Those who have been fired from the company will be escorted off the premises by one of the security guards. Any job related references or inquiries about terminated benefits or your retirement package can be clarified via email to our HR person, and any attempt to contact any of the employees related to your firing or former time here at the company will result in having charges filed against you.
4) During our Morning Meetings when we're voting on who our weakest members are, please don't be afraid to say your choice with confidence, as this is a no retaliation type of environment, so if for example Steve is who you believe is the weakest, say Vote: Steve with pride.
5) Always remember that when you see a customer to walk up to them until you're only 10 feet away, smile, and put on your best customer service attitude. Remember, our customers are our real bosses and we wouldn't be in business without them.
6) Also remember that our Undercover Employees are always looking to make folks slip up, so please keep work talk in the work place only. If you're engaged in a private discussion, please make sure that it's one engaged by the Store Manager so that you're not in danger of potentially engaging in dubious behavior that a potential Undercover Employee is goading you into. Remember, Teamwork makes the dream work!
7) Remember that our morning meetings are crucial, and is a way for employees to let us know how things are going. If you fail to show up for more than one morning meeting in a row, we'll assume that you're not serious about wanting to work here at Walmart and you may be let go.
8) Keep in mind also that while it's advised you remain professional, our morning meetings are safe space no retaliation moments, so don't feel like you have to censor what you say, so long as what you say is respectful. In fact, censoring one's self too much may make people feel like you're one of those Undercover Employees that may just be withholding important information...so it's absolutely not advised.
9) Enjoy your time working here with us at the company, however also remember that this is a place of work and not a place of entertainment, so keep it to a minimum when you're out on the floor with customers.

(tl;dr short rules version)
1) The first Morning Meeting phase is 72 hours. Every other Morning Meeting phase is 48 hours.
2) Manager Meeting phases are 24 hours. During this time, the Asset Protection Manager can scan a player, the Team Leads can each protect a player, and the Undercover Employees will target a player that they want fired.
3) If you've been fired (aka lynched), please do not talk in the thread or reach out to folks in PM/DM.
4) During the Morning Meeting votes, please bold your choices: Vote: Steve
5) Practice the 10 foot rule when dealing with customers.
6) Keep all talk in the thread only, or in authorized group chats that the Store Manager has set up.
7) Anyone who doesn't attend 2 morning meetings in a row will be fired by the Store Manager.
8) Editing posts is not advised, as it makes you look suspicious for potentially holding back crucial information.
9) Have fun, but also remember that you're on the clock.
