Shipbuilding boom goes bust in March

Those of you with good memories may remember last year when a lot of money in the economy caused a minor boom in shipbuilding. Ships these days are particularly dependent on electronic gear to run instruments and many other shipboard actions. But a computer microchip shortage has really slowed down Shipyard builds. This problem was made worse when a container ship loaded with microchips sank in the MinnaCaroline Ocean. As a result, 500 tacos were deducted for each Shipyard owned. Those nations who have the Fish Communication shop item were able to use those fish to locate some of the missing microchips, so that helped make the losses a bit better - 25% better, to be specific. See below for details.
