As many of you know, and others can guess, my name is Lenlyvit and I'm running for World Assembly Delegate. For those of you who don't know me, or what I've done, I've been around the islands off and on since 2017. I'm a former three-time World Assembly Delegate of this very region, as well as a two-time TITO Command member and former Registrar-General.
A name that might stick out to many is Kuriko, as that was the name I previously had my delegate terms under. I have extensive experience in running foreign affairs for XKI, having negotiated and signed multiple treaties during my last three delegacies. I also held multiple emissary positions to treatied and embassy regions over the years.
I am also a 19 time author in the Security Council, the majority of which were resolutions to help the defender cause. While in my capacity as WA Delegate I was elected World Assembly Secretary-General, the first and only one from XKI. This was just a ceremony title, but still a big step for our region on the WA level.
So, that's who I am. Questions are always welcome, I'm glad to answer them!

Hi Lenlyvit, glad to be acquainted, and good to know about your outstanding background in XKI.
My question is about the World Assembly. How do you think it has changed over the years (like currently in 2023 vs 2017), and how do you think it will change going forward?
Cheers, Axe

My apologies for taking so long to answer this question, I've had to take a few days to think on this. When it comes to the Security Council I think there's been quite a bit of change. In 2017 the SC had less authors, less types of resolutions, a smaller character count limit, and focused mainly on Gameplay. Since then, the SC has gained all of those things as well as started focusing outside of the gameplay sphere. More and more role players, sports focused players, and issues authors are being recognized by the SC and gaining commendations or condemnations based upon the actions they've done throughout their careers. Declarations, a new type of resolution, is becoming slightly more popular but is still mostly off to the wayside. For the SC, I see this trend continuing, hopefully with even more focus away from gameplay and towards the other NS communities.
For the General Assembly, the content of resolution types hasn't changed since 2017 but it did have the character count increased like the SC did. Back then I think the majority of resolution authoring was focused on new laws, but now the majority of resolution authoring seems to be focused on repeals of old legislation and creation of replacements. This is a trend I see continuing because of the total oversaturation of laws within that body, but it could gain newer laws now since GA Resolution #2 was repealed by Lord Dominator. It'll be interesting to see how that development happens.
