Vasylonia Sues Twobagger

As you may have seen, Twobagger opened a poll for the Extreme Count Thread between 503 and 504.

Unbeknownst to most, however, is the fact that Twobagger intentionally impeded 504's victory and declared a runoff.

This is entirely unfair and illegal. I hereby file a lawsuit of 2000 Tacos against Twobagger.

Ladies and gentlemen, I did impede his candidate's victory.
How?

By voting for the other candidate.
I think we all have a choice to make. This lawsuit attempts to punish me for voting in an election. Will you choose democracy, or my opponent?

What Twobagger has told you is not the whole truth. And what he has not revealed is critical to this case.

The election, for a week, had not been touched. The vote: 3 for 504, 1 for 503, 1 for None of the Above. Vasylonia brought up the fact that it was an old thread, and that it should be closed and 504 declared the victor. Le Crochet protested, and voted for 503. However, 504 would still have won, as no one else would have voted.

When Vasylonia attempted to get Twobagger, a supposedly "responsible" admin to shut down the thread, Twobagger responded:

"Check that thread again =)"

He had voted for 503 for the sole reason of denying 504 the victory. That isn't democracy. Democracy is voting for someone based on values. Twobagger's vote was a cruel response to Vasylonia's fair request. The vote was made only to hinder 504, and nothing more.

(By the way, this ain't any joking around. This is a serious case.)

It's obvious that I was misquoted and am being framed.

Also, Vasylonia is insinuating that I would not have voted in my own poll.
I had been planning to make a last minute vote for a while now, and I did.
My opponent now plans to punish me for making that vote. Something just screams 'not right' to me. How about you guys?

I'd like to object to Le Crochet's viability to testify. As the endorser of 503, he is obviously biased in Twobagger's favor.

I think I'm going to drop the charges. Although Twobagger did steal the election, we do not wish to waste money in court cases that are constanty hindered and delayed.
