Doesn't mean we can't try and push it through, still. If we started a massive movement that was organized correctly, it might pass by Grub (though I doubt it).

The Non-UN voting is mainly a goal thing to motivate the party. It's our little propaganda thing: We fight for the Non-UN Islanders. We fight for you.

... Or something of the sort.
