The S.R.S.S have bills in place that tells those 16 years of age to either continue education, join the work force or join the military. Combined with a high military budget & an economy based on arms manufacturing, The Segaicain People's Grand Army has 485,000 active troops with many more being trained as the population increases.
The Volunteer Central Guard- Citizen/Comrade volunteer militate force dedicated to sacrifice themselves in total battle to protect the homeland if invading forces ever to cross into S.R.S.S

History
For over 120 years, Segaica was ruled under royalty and a hierarchy of privileged politicians & businessmen. This left the middle & lower classes with nothing for themselves. Most worked hard for little pay while rich royalty ruled with private businessmen by their side. Small groups tired to revolt, but failed. Things would change with the death of the old king and the birth of a new leader.
King Jiko lll passed in his sleep Novmeber 17, 2005, leaving his son, Prince Val as the next king of Segacia. Prince Val and his new bride, Catrina of Zukagrad became King & Queen of Segaica. However, King Val was not the same hard, confided man his father was. With the death of the 'Cold King', the people began demanding change. Their cry was heard by a middle-aged intellectual named Alexander Borlos.
Borlos, a true believer in teachings of socialism, believed only with the removal of the monarchy and national political hierarchy could Segaica eliminate imperialism & the class system to create a stable state by the people, for the people. For this, Borlos was arrested as a dissident and imprisoned for 3 years. Even behind barbed wire, his movement grow and became the single biggest opposition party in Segaica, The Segaica Socialist Reform Party. Alexander Borlos was named General Secretary of a political movement 4 million strong and on the rise. Borlos's teachings of socialism was giving to every worker, every farmer and every average citizen in every city. Some, many in Segaica would be calling him 'The Father of the People's State'
After his release on December 9, 2008, Borlos and his reform party began organizing worker strikes in many parts of Segaica, which was met with a nationwide crackdown by Royal Police. Though hundreds were arrested for ties to the socialists, the demonstrations would not stop. Farmers threatened to stop producing food for export as members of the military began to defect. The burning down of Segaica's Royal Parliament building at the hands of socialist protesters sparked a civil war that would last for 7 years.
Over the next 7 years, support for the socialist causes outgrow loyalist support. Investors began fleeing the country as industries were taken over by the reform party and effectively nationalized. The economy of the country began to buckle as King Val ran out of options. The final victory for the reform party was the taking of The St. Ursova Royal Playhouse. This massive structure was then converted in The People's Hall, the socialist's new legislative home of the numerous administrative councils. This included The Segaicain People's Central Bureau, the main administrative council of their new socialist state, headed by Alexander Borlos.
With a failing economy and most of his nation against him, King Val announced his abdication and officially handed over power of state to Segaicain Socialist Reform Party May 15, 2015 . The state exiled the Royal family to Paikca, along with any loyal supporters. The Socialist Republic State of Segacia was formed May 20 with Alexander Brolos appointed Premier of The S.R.S.S.
With tensions growing around The TKI, The S.R.S.S feared that their placement alone would be reason for either side to invade and enslave. So, after a 4 hour vote By The People's Central Bureau, a plan was devised to not only protect The S.R.S.S form an amphibious assault but create thousands of jobs too. The Central Bureau voted on Project G9K19. Simply known as The Red Coastal Wall in September 10, 2016. This hundreds of miles long concrete & steel wall would reinforce Segaica's coastline. Along the top of the wall, massive numbers of artillery canons lining the coast. There is no set time line for the completion of The Red Coastal Wall.

The Segaicain People's Central Bureau
The SPCB was established May 16, 2015 as the main administrative council for Segaica's National Assemblies held in The People's Hall in Orvalkovo. The Bureau is made up of the heads of various government duties. 13 Seats make up The SPCB. The Bureau is also responsible for voting on final drafted laws, incoming or outgoing premiers and organizing National Assembly debates.
