Brief History:-
On island of Altres, several different nomadic groups clashed in a war over dominance of the land. The Alter's, the most powerful of the groups, won and began securing the island.
Over the course of several hundred years, Altres quickly grew into a a powerful military and economic power. All adult males are required to serve a four year term in the armed forces, and the needs of soldiers come before the needs of every day citizens.

Dictatorship loosely balanced by a puppet council.
