Hello, I'm Pharaoh Walker of Palman. My nation is a gorgeous archipelago dedicated to scientific research, medicine and the protection of our local environment. Unfortunately, a heavy focus on these areas has left Palman with a moderate navy and... well that's about it as far as a military.
I'm looking for a nation or nations willing to enter a diplomatic exchange. I am in need of better protection, but have much to offer in other areas. Palman can provide you with clean renewable energy, a cure for Spon Plague, and/or I'm sure we can work out a tourism arrangement (top 10% of world for most cultured, top 5% for most beautiful environments, and top 5% for best weather!) I've been lucky enough that I am not regularly attacked by other nations, but as my population approaches 3 billion it becomes more important than ever that I ensure the safety of my people.
