Taco Island Charities Presents: Rookie of the Quarter Prizes
Since its beginnings, Taco Islands Charities has sought to aid the most active of new nations in the beginnings of their time in the Islands. We've always had the problem, though, of telling which nations were going places and which were flashes in the pan. While, of course, we can't be perfect, TIC has decided that the Rookie of the Quarter award is a great way of picking at least one of the most promising new nations each few months. As such, TIC is pleased to announce that every RoQ from now on will receive a 10,000
grant, as a gift free of charge. Though the moose statue is nice, TIC feels that RoQ recipents deserve a little something extra. TIC's first RoQ Prize will thus go to our incredible rising star, the newest RoQ, Lower Columbia.
