Potential threat from the black riders

In recent days, I've seen at least three regions subdued by the black riders, and participated in helping overthrow a coup d'état instigated by the black riders (for those that don't know, I'm referring to what happened in Lazarus). And my general question is, are there any in the 10000 islands region who feel we should be concerned about things of this nature, or feel that there is no potential for threat from this?

First off, TBR was not the driving force behind the coup in Lazarus. The Lazarus coup was supported by the NPO, the government of The Pacific.
Second of all, TBR poses little direct threat to 10000 Islands, as we have an active founder and highly endorsed delegate protecting our regional security. TBR are a very active raiding group right now, but they're pretty occupied at the moment dealing with the fallout from recent moderator rulings, as you might be able to see if you look at their home region.

While they are very preoccupied, what I heard from a black rider insider, they're taking credit for helping to instigate and back that coup d'état...
