The Federal Rep. Of Cellarius, your profile has been accepted, congratulations. On a side note, the current IC times is hitting the 1st of August in a day or so (obviously if your are actually describing a past event, this isn't an issue). The RP time thread will actually be re-entering normal use in a short while.

Thank you, I hope to have a bright future in the XKI RP forum.
I've been browsing the sub-boards and forums. I noticed that the military tactics help thread has been pretty dead since 2013. Did it outgrow its usefulness?
I thought about resurrecting it, but I don't want to pull something back that no one has interest in. While I'm sure I don't have the RP experience that Malecia had, I do have a fairly diverse tactical background.
I know that Malecia and several of the others, who are no longer very active, were very respected an knowledgeable in their advice. I hope that I can assist, at least in a small way, in providing advise on realism and limited tactics similar to theirs.
Mods, what would you recommend? Is there even still a need for this type of thing?
Hi! I just upload my profile :United States of Kon Island, if you can give me advices or point what is missing i would really appreciate. Thanks!
This is more of a reference post, since you already know that your profile is accepted (and now, it's official on this too).
Hey there Aequiteria. I don't think that it outgrew it's usefulness, it's more that as time went on we discussed tactics and strategies (alongside their corresponding requirements, effects and multiple posibilities that could arise themselves) on more common threads such as the RP Lounge, or even in the RP chat rooms we've used over the years. We've found that method, especially in regards to the chat rooms, to allow more fluidity in terms of dealing with any specific issue (as well as making it a perfect area to integrate multiple opinions into a single easy to access area). Although the activity isn't exactly at a peak right now, helping hands may always be required in the near or distant future. So, as a question of principle, can you please detail the tactical background that you speak of having?
I spent eight years of active duty as a US Marine infantryman; during three of which I was a full-time combat marksmanship instructor. I have been to two separate combat theaters, and assisted a Southeast Asian ally as part off a counter-insurgency training group.
I am currently a US Federal LEO. As such, I have attended several combative firearms courses.
While I obviously cannot necessarily go too in-depth, I can provide assistance with anything that is publicly available.
What can I offer if the info is already publicly available? To put it frankly, sometimes you don't know what you don't know.

Thank-you for the extra information, sorry if it was a pain but we have had an issue in the past with an idividual faking their military service (claimed to of have served in the Russian forces). Well, any contributions on this subforum from your part would definitely be greatly appreciated, especially with the experience that you're offering that'll be really able to help boost any ideas being put forward. If you notice anything in the subforum in the present or near future, feel free to raise a comment or view OOCly or along those lines. If it's needed, I'm sure people will be more than glad to throw a line your way when we need someone with physical experience.
Education in the United States is a passion and a paradox. Millions want it, and commend it, and are busy about it. At the same time, they degrade it by trying to get it free of charge and free of work.
Hello there Hahiha / USSR. Just to inform you that we've began looking at your profile, though I can't put a precise date on any acceptance due to the amount of tests and other real life issues taking up our time. Hopefully it wont take long.
