The director of the ODS's assistant steps behind the podium in front of a crowd of reporters before waiting for silence. As the room quiets down, he begins to address the assembled reporters. "As some of you may know, we recently were involved in several incidents in Miras. We sent several teams of observers to the country to discover if the current conflict posed a threat to our national security. One of the teams was held for a short time before we negotiated their release. Due to an unfortunate miscommunication, the destroyer Hyperion was lost during the negotiation. A recent internal investigation revealed that one of the members of the team sent to negotiate had participated in terrorist actions. Due to yet another miscommunication and what appears to be a mistake in the chain of command, an aircraft was lost over Miras. The remaining team completed their mission of eliminating the traitor before returning to Odrin. The government of Odrin would like to apologize for entering Central Ruskan airspace without clearing it with the proper authorities. We do not intend to take action in Miras again without the permission of the Central Ruskan government. Thank you." The man then steps off the stage, quickly returning to the main ODS offices.
