Well, it's that time of the month again. No, not THAT time of the month - instead it's time for the January taco payouts. Just in time for heating bills (or in the case of you Southern Hemisphere types, air conditioning bills). So where can we go to escape the temperature extremes? It's always a balmy 13C/55F underground, meaning a little minimal heating is all one ever needs to be quite comfortable. And underground cities also save space on the surface of your islands, which can be used for farmland or for feeding cattle for example (I'm a fan of the whole cattle feeding thing, btw 
). So all nations that have an underground city will gain an extra 10,000 tacos this month!
