A notice to all candidates. I don't want to make this the norm, but one nation will not be around during the election week and has asked that I add their votes to the total. Since I can't go in and add their votes while voting is underway, I will just have to add them to the total at the end. This nation has already voted for all three races by telegram to me. I will also be able to check the poll voters so that the nations votes will not be counted twice if he mistakenly voted once regular voting is open.
