Tie for the last runoff spot (Sen 5/05)

GLulandII and Goldenloser have tied for the last spot in the runoff election. According to our last election statute passed, in the event of a tie for the last runoff spot, each of the two nations will guess a number between 1 & 1000. The nation closest (either over or under) to the number will be in the runoff against Thewsconia. The other nation will be out of the race.

Besides myself, two other Council of Nine members know the correct answer.

I will let you all know later who is correct.

Gluland II chose the closest number to the one that I picked out of 1000. Two other council members knew of the number as well. Gluland II is now in the runoff with Thewsconia. The runoff lasts for 3 days.
