There are many good candidates for the Delegacy. However, I feel the Cyber-Theocracy of Fleeb is the nation best suited for the job. Fleeb has had a monomunetal influence on the region, from his role in drafting the consititution, to his service as field commander, and his work as Education Minister. This is one of the people I seek advice from in matters both on NationStates and in Reality.
Without hesitation, I will vote for Fleeb as the next Delegate.

For my service strengthening ties between Canada and the 10000 Islands.
For what it's worth, as the 10KI Ambassador to Urbanites and a fellow "State Department" official, I strongly support Fleeb for delegate.
He really is like a second founder around here, who got the ball rolling back in the earlier days in the region, when we only numbered about 40 or so nations. His friendliness and helpfulness have encouraged many nations to stay within the 10KI -- a vital part of Immigration. What's more, Fleeb helped in writing large parts of our Constitution, giving us a basic legal framework and creating many of the institutions that make the 10KI such a wonderful region to reside in today. Those institutions he helped to create are what make people stay in the 10KI. In sum, Fleeb has aided immeasurably in developing this region and growing/sustaining its population.
And this is all without mentioning his TITO record, which I can't even begin to detail since it really draws no comparison.
I just thought I'd add my two cents since the voting begins today and I hold a minor little role here in the Islands that answers, in part, to the next delegate. That, and Fleeb's been taking some unfair heat on the RMB. I'm all about forgetting the past and looking at what a nation's done in the present, but when a nation has done so many things in the past -- things that affect life and immigration in the 10KI still today here in the present -- then it's impossible to ignore or discount those contributions.
