Elections
Senate elections are held at the beginning of every odd-numbered month. So, January, March, May, July, September, and November are Senate election months.
Delegate elections are held at the beginning of March and September.
The first Tuesday of such a month is Declaration Day. Nations have one week (until the following Tuesday) to declare candidacy.
The second Tuesday of such a month is Election Day. Citizens have one week (until the following Tuesday) to cast votes for candidates.
If a race is tied, the third Tuesday of such a month begins a 3-day runoff election between the tied candidates. Citizens have three days (until Friday) to cast votes for candidates.
