Nice to meet you all. Ruelria is a new, small state that wishes to join your region. We are a bit more... conservative than The Free Land of Lockerica (who invited us here) but we trust that our people are moderate enough to accept the change. We hope that our small nation will do whatever will help the region and become a productive member. Any important advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
