Victorian beliefs are not backward or misconceived at all. They are not bigoted, or cruel, or flat out nuts. I would go so far as to say that if we could just turn the clock back to 1820 than everything would be alright. I cannot imagine any groups of people that would disagree with this statement. Everybody can understand the importance and necessity of being ground into the dirt by debauched idiot nobles and the permanently wealthy. Those people are the absolute best that man has every produced. Hard working people are scum when compared to the likes of Paris Hilton, and ought to be given absolutely no breaks, certainly not universal health care. If people don't want to be poor, they should work harder.
