With all those favourite... polls, this is maybe the logical next step. So what food do you like best? It is as always interesting to know what you guys think.

Italian food is the way to go! Even if they hadn't invented pizza, I love pasta!

I have too agree with those that think their national food is best. The swedish food is good mostly, but perhaps not enough spicy sometimes, still if i would have to chose one of these options to live on for the rest of my life, it would be it.

ack! As a professional writer whose resume includes culinary books you just gave me a corinary LOL!! I love global fare, and tinker with nearly everything but if I had to narrow it down ---
(drum roll please)
my favorite WAY to cook is grilling. I was outside today in 5 degree weather making sesame-citrus chicken with honey sause LOL
Certainly no pancakes with peanutbutter, that's for sure
Worship the potato? The idea seemed silly to me. But then I thought, what else is more deserving of worship? It's simple, it comes from the earth, and it can kill you if you disobey it.

Can't beat Malaysian food, nu-uh. It's got representatives from Malaysia's three major cultures (Malay, Chinese and Indian), and there's a hybrid of the three which is uniquely ours. It's not for the faint of heart though, as it includes major quantities of chillies (Brit friends choke on the curries I like to order over here), but for those who can stand the heat, it's well worth it. To the Brits here, I'm sorry but the food is just not to my taste, especially not University Hall food (ech). Haggis sounds like my idea of a good time though
