AD: I hope you're right on your last sentence. I've heard that Tedward Kennedy is ready for his universal health care. Ive heard Rahm Emmanuel talk about the civilian force that will be as strong as the military. Ive heard other Democrats talk about confiscating our retirement savings. All sounds like scary change to me.

Estay, you mention "civilian forces". You mean the likes of Americorps and Teach for America?

Obama talked about a civilian defense force that would be just as powerful and just as well funded as our military. It'll be required for all between 18 and 25. That's what I'm asking about.

Obama can't coast like clinton did. I remember during clinton election everyone stood around and said "whoever wins will get credit for a great economy that is projected to do xyzabc", then he won and everyone said "he shouldn't do -anything- but tiny tiny tweaks". he didn't. he got credit.

i see a large cut in the miltary, like the thrashing dealt to it by president clinton,i believe the taxes on the rich will go up,but not engough because they are the reason he won the election(rich peeps donate) and this coming for a uper class family in america (although my parents dont raise me like we are) we have no problem wit increased taxes because really we are not going to miss it.im fearing obama may get assasinated some nazis from tennessee already were going to but got caught.i think america will do fine all in all the markets are rezillient and will rebound during his term.i believe that his health care plans are going to fail .im against bailouts and they are starting to piss me off.we wil be out of iraq by 2011 due to the security pact just passed.i wish that this mumbai/bombay attack had come at the begginning ofhis erm as a sort of a test al though im very sad that it has occured.i believe that he will pull our troops out of iraq and to afghanistan by 2009/10 .thats just some of my thoughts.theyre kinda jumbled but there they are :-]
