This is a very serious accusation, and one that cannot be taken lightly. If Garrison II is indeed harboring terrorists, then swift and decisive action must be taken to neutralize any potential threat. However, I must ask what proof you have of this, as if we were to act according to flawed or doctered intelligence, an international incident of tremendous proportions would doubtlessly ensue.
