Apart from that, meatballs spiced to an insane degree served with baked potatoes and butter is an ever so popular dish. Cheese, blood-products and lungs, liver, kidneys and so on are not used in alfonian cooking, cheese is even illegal. Fish is not used unless it is deep-fried.
