President Richards walks to his stand and begins to speak.
Richards: My wonderful people. I first offer to all of you my blessings and prayers. Our nations has been dormant for far too long. We have done nothing that would make us stand out one bit. It is time for that to end. We have managed to somehow break even in our time but I do not want history to give the nation of Goldenloser a simple glance and a minor word from her lips. I want history to see this nation for what it could be, and what it will be. Today my friends, fellow brothers and sisters is a grand occasion and an opportunity that cannot be given up. I will make it ever so clear that I am here to better the nation and not for self gratification. I am a man of few words as the majority of you know. Those who know I am a man of few words also know those words are never lies. Trust me for I will do my absolute best not to let you down.
