The Island Club - International Bar and Hot Spot

Welcome to the Island Club!

Though technically the club on an island in Skwerrel's waters, it has been designated an international spot for action and relaxation. Dignitaries from any nation are welcome to relax after a hard day of governing. We just have one rule, no politics. Attached to the club is an international airport for easy access.

You can sit at the bar and have a drink.

Or you can watch entertainment and music on one of our four stages (one devoted just to jazz and the blues).

Dine in the international 4 star restaurant (which chefs trained in all nations of the 10,000 Islands). If there is something we can not cook, we will immediately send for a chef who can.

There is also a lounge that has the most comfortable chairs you will ever sit in.

The Island Club is now open. Please come and enjoy. My name is Chip Chip, and I will be the host.

* wanders in from the International Airport, takes a seat at the bar (close to the live blues)*

Hello, Chip Chip! Could I have a large margarita, real ice not frozen slush, with salt on the glass? And is there a bar menu?

*Chip Chip walks over and hands Yavanna a PDA*

This is the bar menu. If something you would care to have is not on there, just say so and we will make it for you.

*Chip Chip presses a button. There is faint salsa music. He then mixes a authentic margarita in front of Yavanna, while dancing, and places it down. The salsa music stops.*

*Yavanna takes a sip of the margarita, smiles at the quick bite of mezcal. She begins scanning the menu, * "I'm in the mood for Cajun food today," she thinks. *Suddenly, her eyes find what she is looking for.*

I'll have the spicy gumbo ... no, I changed my mind... Cajun blackened catfish, red beans and rice, and side of cole slaw. Lovely international menu you have here.

[New Dracora]

*The draconic figure of ND can be seen strolling in from outside, avoiding the screaming masses before taking a seat behind the bar.*

Greetings Mr Chip Chip. I'll have a double shot of the strongest stuff you have... on the rocks of course.

One Cajun blackened cat fish coming up!

*Chip Chip presses on a computer screen behind the bar. Several minutes later, a waiter comes out with a tray. On the tray are the Cajun blackened catfish, red beans and rice, and cole slaw. One bite lets you know that only the finest ingedients in the 10,000 Islands were used.*

*Chip Chip walks over to New Dracora*

A double shot a TSNA moonshine it is!

*Chip Chip grabs a jug, puts some ice in a glass and pours the moonshine.*

I'd be careful, thats some stout stuff.

*Stumbles in from the street, covered in some sort of liquid...*

"Hey, bar-keep! Somethin' real darn strong over here!"

*Passes out, then wakes up startled and wondering where he is...*

*Chip Chip walks over to Asgarnieu*

If you would like, we can provied a more comfortable place to lie down.

*walks in slowly, looking upset and exhausted*
barkeep, malt whisky, and as much alcohal as you can, please.

Really? You sounds pretty tough. I hear that Skwerrel is involved in the space program too. Its all facinating, but I wouldn't change my job for anything thing. Well.. maybe if I got the chance to tend bar on the moon.

hey, if we ever set up a bar on the moon, your first on the interview list. "In our negotiations we have a month(one week real time) to finish our work up before we share it with each other."
He leans over to Chip "ill let you in on a secret... we're almost done. We had a few problems with the tests on the shuttle in the beginning, but it looks like it could land on the moon if we gave it enough gas. We're just hoping Skwerrel is almost done with the satellite and launch pad." *stands up* "well got to finish up a report, though ill be back in when we are heading home after talking with the skwerrelians(lol). See ya chip" he puts money on the bar, looks up, and puts down a little extra "for listening". *walks out of bar*

[New Dracora]

*Hewitt throws some money on the bar and then grabs firm hold of the glass, before lifting up the glass and tilting it back with his head. He slams the glass down on the bar, dry swallowing before managing to croak out a sentence.*

"*cough* Whoa... that's some strong stuff alright. *ahem* Certainly hits the spot... more of the same please bartender."

*Chip Chip pours Hewitt another glass.*

Becareful... that stuff will rot your gut.
