*A rather exhausted-looking Mark Whitlam steps out the front of the main conclave building to read a quick statement to the multitude of media waiting behind a rather hastenly setup dias.*
"There are many pressing matters so I apologise in advance for being brief. Many maybe wondering why the planned strike against the rogue state of the former Islands or Rome has not yet gone ahead. By legal right, I can now inform the public as well as those of the world whom so maybe watching that the citizens conclave of New Dracora is facing a class action from the people of New Dracora.
The petition has been received and although the conclave obviously disapproves, has been accepted by the Judiuary. It is the intention of myself and the conclave to fight these charges but until the matter is resolved there is a sanction preventing us from taking our planned action against the Former Islands of Rome.
That is all I have time for, please excuse me as I return to matters of state. Thank you."
*As soon as he is finished, the PM of the conclave is rushed back into the main conclave building by surrounding bodyguards, all to the noisy background of unsubstaniated proclaimations and unanswered question from the hungry media.*

The Ambassador to New Dracora is pleased that the citizenry of New Dracora has stepped in to prevent the whole sale slaughter of a nation through a nuclear action.
In a communique, the ambassador states that The Great Wall of Skwerrel is willing to work with the government of New Dracora to bring the IOR leaders to justice if the nuclear option is taken off the table. The ambassador also suggests that a special tribunal may be set up and New Dracora would be on the short list of hosts for the special court. This court would also have one New Dracoran judge sitting on it.
The Skwerrel Navy continues to blockade the IOR but will allow any humanitarian aide to come through.
