The Confederacy of The Eastern Powers
Brief History: the Confederacy began as the alliance between China, India, and Russia. Eventually China and India merged into Chindia (divided into two substates), and Russia divided into two, the west remaining independant from the East, and the other half remaining in alliance with Chindia. However, in the end, Russia, with much persuasion, was reunited and rejoined the alliance. Added to the alliance were Turkey, Iran, Iraq, most middle-eastern countries excuding the UAE and Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam. They became confederate states, under the Confederacy of the Eastern Powers. The most influential members remain China, India Eastern Russia, and Western Russia. Most of the other states could be considered protectorates under the Confederacy.
Government
Government Type: Each member of the Confederacy has their own uique government type, such as democracy or communism. However, all communistic states must remain pseudo communistic, since they are required to have independant corporations, uncontrolled entirely by the government. Free speech depends on the member state.
Capital:
The capital of the Confederacy is situated in Beijing. However, like provinces and states, each member state has its own capital.
Government Notes:
As mentioned before, the Confederacy has no complete government, despite its ability to instate one. Members of the Confederacy act like congress and vote on new laws, acts of war, etc.
Political Parties: The parties depend on the member state. Often times member state parties will run for Prime Minister of the Confederacy. However, the usual winners are either Pseudo Communist China, Pseudo Republic Russia, and Pseudo Republic India.
The current leader is Zhang Liang II, of the Chinese Pseudo Communist Party.

It's current military technology is standard, comparable to that of real life China. It's weakness is in the air. It's strength is on the land and at sea.
