Rules for voting:
1. Everyone may vote for 4 flags, but not more than 4 flags.
2. Contestants may vote for their own flag.
3. Contestants may campaign (ask people to vote for) their own flag.
4. Remember to vote on both this thread (for 10000 Islands Flags) and on the other thread (for Yggdrasil Flags).
5. Voting opens from June 10, 2009 to June 18, 2009.
Miscellany:
1. All nations in the region (including ambassadors that maintain a nation here) may vote.
2. There are 2 polls. The first is a poll of Yggdrasil Flags, the other is a poll of 10000 Islands Flags.
3. The winner is the flag with the highest number of votes in the polls at both 10000 Islands and Yggdrasil forums. In other words, the Best Flag in 10000 Islands will depend on the votes in Yggdrasil and vice versa.
4. In the event of a tie in votes, a guest judge from a third region will be invited to cast a vote to break the tie.
5. In 10000 Islands, the winner receives the title of "Best Flag" plus 10,000 tacos.
6. In Yggdrasil, the winner receives the title of "Best Flag" plus a 8,000 florins.
