Full Name of Nation: The Queendom of Dreamyar
Brief History:
Once the Democractic Estorian Nation, corruption and anarchy rocked the nation and was saved by the Council of Rational Political Security (CORPS for short), a alliance of Megacorporations with the intent of uniting the nation once again. Rebellion and resistance continued to rock the nation until a building faith in what was being called Dreamyar (translated literally as "Holy Law") , a new faith dictating Serenity & Order balanced with Virtue.
The faith leader, Jean Lafayette, with his Young Heroes of Dreamyar began to lead a crusade to unite the nation through conquest and spreading of Dreamyar. The CORPS initially resisted the movement as yet another rebellion but learned that the majority of the people believed in Dreamyar. When the Young Heroes of Dreamyar had taken a whole province under their control, Jean Lafayette had an audience with the CORPS suggesting mutual cooperation to unite the nation under Dreamyar. The speech he made is one of the most moving speeches in the nation's history and the CORPS agreed instate a state relgion of Dreamyar.
The land was then pushed into a war of Unity once again. In a series of Campaigns: the Winter Campaign (to unify the cold regions of the north), the Forest Campaign (to unify the midland forested regions), & the Desert Campaign (to unify the southern deserts of the south). After nearly 50 years of bloodshed, diplomacy, and conversions: the land was united once and for all. For his military, spiritual, and diplomatic leadership: Jean Lafayette was crowned King Jean the First of Dreamyar by the Young Heroes. It was in this year of HRH 0 that the Flag of Dreamyar was first flown and marked the first day of the new calendar and the new age of peace to follow.
King Jean I surprisingly continued to lead the Dreamyar people for anouther 55 years before his eventual death of old age in Year of HRH 55. The King having died with no heirs presented a new dilemma; the CORPS & the Young Heroes feared a succession war and quickly sought out a worthy successor to the throne. None of the Young Heroes felt they were true leaders of the Faith and the CORPS always remained a financial & political advisory body and wisely excluded themselves from the search.
One year passed before the Young Heroes encountered a passionate woman who had been travelling the Kingdom and doing acts of heroism and preaching nearly all her young life. Her acts were so heroic that many thought she must be a folk tale of a fictional person, for few believed anyone person other than HRH could be such a paragon of Dreamyar. The Young Heroes had found her and knew her as the rightful heiress to the Throne.
They invited her to the throne the moment they had finally found her; she refused, claiming that she had no intention of usurping the throne. The Young Heroes were shocked and but persisted in their plea for her to lead. After many times of imploring and persisting she lead, she finally said:
"I will take the throne on three conditions."
The Young Heroes nearly fell over themselves with happiness and agreement until she said:
"The abolishment of the CORPS, the forming of a council of commoners, and you Young Heroes must become nobles and help be build a nation worthy of the name Dreamyar!"
The Young Heroes almost walked away from her then and there; but they knew only a true monarch would have the divine will to demand such massive reforms. Surprisingly, the CORPS disbanded with little fuss in the interests of peace; the Council of Commoners had become the voice of the people; & the Young Heroes formed the Noble Houses of Dreamyar to become the voice of the country.
Then the woman took the throne and renamed herself in honor of the first King.
To this day, Queen Jean the Second rules the Queendom and has been recognized as great a paragon of Dreamyar as HRH King Jean I.
