Delegate policies on WA stuff

I'll do my best to post polls as soon as a proposal reach quorum (or a bit above probably), so I can vote early when a resolution reach the floor. However I reserve the right to not stomp on a proposal immediately if I see a good reason to show restraint (this might be in regards to creating goodwill, doing a friend/ally a favour etc.). If the consensus goes againt a resolution I'll of course vote against. I just might wait a bit longer with casting my vote.

In regards to approving proposals I tend to look through the list pretty often and approve decent ones. Please let me know if there's any specific proposals you want me to approve. Those submitted by 10ki or allies are almost certain to receive my approval unless they're illegal or really badly written. SC resolutions which negatively target us or friendly region/nations I most likely won't approve, but please don't hesitate letting me know in this thread or elsewhere if there's something you want me to approve.

What would happen if the final tally was:

6 Yes
7 No
2 Delegate's Prerogative

And you would want to vote yes? A majority of people would want you to vote yes, because that is your choice, however a plurality was against.

I go with the option, which gets the most votes, so in that case I'd vote no. Adding up various options to get the majority opinion I want invites too much discussion. I'm here to represent the region's views on WA resolutions, not to start unnecessary arguments about whether I'm being fair or not in how I interpret people's WA votes.

You're welcome. The only time I might cast the vote based on my own opinion would be if the delegate's prerogative option got the most votes, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
