Description: NOTING that Valbara was ejected from the World Assembly for Rules Violations, namely creating other puppet nations within the WA.
FURTHER REALIZING that the purpose of which was to invade other regions using said puppet nations.
ACKNOWLEDGING with disgust that Valbara communicated through puppet nations such as FlagThe Allied States of Coastadia with the express purpose of convincing others that they were seperate individual nations
NOTING that Valbara's puppet nations attempted a coup of Caknarium using almost entirely puppet nations
REALIZING that ejection from the World Assembly is insufficient when seen against these egregious and purposeful uses of puppet nations with the WA.
RESOLVED that the World Assembly CONDEMNS Valbara for it's wrongful acts

I really don't see the point of this resolution. The guy evidently got punished by the moderators for multiing and we're supposed to hand him a badge for that? Imo this resolution is a waste of time, so I'm against.
As I told Ananke privately, this thing is craptastic and illegal by the rules of the WA -- it must have snuck by the mods (as it did for me too).
It's using out-of-character tactics to flamebait and grief an individual, as it singles out one multiyer when there are dozens of multiyers caught and dealt with by the proper methods every month.
Hell, I committed multing in my first few weeks of playing, and I'd sure as hell don't want to get a condemnation for that when my nation has already been banned from the WA, and the mods have 'punished' me sufficiently. I don't need the members of the WA to give me a morality lesson, when the Intelligence Committee was created for those purposes.
If this isn't voted down, it will surely be repealed shortly.

I am going to vote against, however, I do not believe it is outside of the SC's jurisdiction to punish rule breaking - just that this case of rule-breaking does not warrant a condemnation. This looks more like a personal attack than an actual attempt by the international community to enforce the rules.

I am glad that I came to read this, I first voted for this resolution because I didn't know that it was actually an illegal resolution in the first place. I say vote against it and I will change my vote as well.
