<<Commentary: This is my first proposal and I would appreciate any advice to improve this resolution to the point it is appropriate to be submitted as a resolution proper. I have read the basic rules for a proposal but I have been advised by my regional delegate to submit this to the General Assembly Forum so to avoid rule violations or newer member errors. I submit myself to all of your greater wisdom.>>
<<Addendum: This is a reposting of my post in the World Assembly Forum. I feel that by reposting it here I can make it more conveinant for my regional neighbors to give direct if not discreet advice as to how I can improve the resolution.

Social Justice (Significant)
The World Assembly,
Reaffirming its intent to reduce income inequality and increase basic welfare.
Believing those with Great Economic Influence and power have an obligation to contribute to social welfare.
Affirming by advice of the Committee of Noble Conduct (CNC) & the Committee of Economic Social Freedoms (CESF) that those of great wealth are obligated, within reason, to insure that those either in their economic sphere of influence are not oppressed or deprived of the basic human right to proper resource allocation and livable condition. It it also noted that by neglecting to contribute to the well-being of society the truly powerful deprive their nation if not the world of greater economic success. By enforcing a requirement to contribute a portion of personal wealth toward the betterment of society in nations that horde their wealth to the determent of social justice: this act intends to give greater social justice to all nations, including those adhering to the intent of the Act.
It has been found through various means and methods that many of these Economically Influential people have neglected their obligation to take care of their fellow man. It is jointly recommended by CNC & CESF that those who are deemed of "Great Economic Influence" (GEI) be required to make reasonable efforts to better the economic plight of those worse off then themselves.
These activities are to have a considerable usage of a GEI's income of no less then 5% -to ensure an impacting change worth noting- but no more than 25% -to insure those adhering to the act are not themselves to subjected to social injustice.
These activities must also contribute to bettering the livelihood of society through better standard of living.
These activities cannot be disguised attempts to shirk one's obligations or to otherwise evade the enforcement of this resolution
These activities will ensure that those with great economic power will be contributing not only to the betterment of member nations but to the world at large.
Once in effect, this Act will create the Joint Committee of Noble Conduct & Economic Social Freedoms (JCNCESF) which will advise all member nations as how to best enact these recommendations in their nations and to also ensure that this Obligation is upheld across the world. This Joint Committee will also give commendation to member nations that adhere to this Act.
