I have an idea which is pretty much self explained below, but it isn't written in WA format yet. I need help in understanding if this is a reasonable idea or if there are any glaring problems with it before I format it yet, by brain just computes it easier the way it is now.
Quality of Life Charity
This proposal seeks to establish a government run charity that will focus on development of poorer nations with little to no funding coming from the government themselves.
Offers tax deductions to all corporations or businesses, no matter the size, who donate either goods, services, or money towards the charity.
Increases taxes on corporations who dump hazardous or deadly materials needlessly without consideration towards recycling or quarantining such materials until they naturally break down. Hazardous or deadly further defined as;
“Materials or substances that greatly decrease either the health or safety of all life in or around the dump site.”
Corporations or businesses may not try to offset increased taxes through donations, and must accept increased tax rate no matter how charitable they have been.
Since nations may be in different stages of development, the charity will focus on three major aspects in order to better fit a nation's needs:
A. Food.
1. Provide farming equipment and seeds to develop a stable agriculture.
2. Provide water purification and desalination machines for cleaner water.
B. Health
1. Assist in the training of native medical professionals. Either through setting up local schools or student exchanges.
2. Provide assistance with stocking local hospitals with bandages, diagnostics machines, or medicine.
C. Technology
1. Assist in the training of native scientists and engineers. Either through setting up local schools or student exchanges.
2. Fund the development of clean energy solutions such as but not limited to solar panels or wind farms.
3. Fund the development of better recycling technologies.
