The government's screwing you. Yes you. I don't care if you're American or Serbian, the U.S. Government is screwing you over right now.
This isn't just some US issue if this spill has wide-spread effects on the entire global oceans. It's time to drop the apathy, it's time to stop pretending, let's wake up people. We can no longer and sit and wait for the government to fumble all over themselves while BP continues this mismanagement of the gulf oil crisis.
Spread this video around. Remember that apathy is the biggest waste of space on earth, because even a corpse can feed the maggots.
P.S. If you're one of the few who still thinks we are doing EVERYTHING in our power to control this spill, then watch this:
Spread the word!

all i hear is talk no action the government is taking over cause we fail to do anything i today signed pensions to help save are freedom when many agree we are losing are freedom i watch as people didn't take action they walked away knowing that the piece of paper was freedom to sign your name was too much to ask im sorry i just don't see although action to care bygones will be bygones
You mean... more skimmers? I'm pretty sure that they already have several working right now. The government does have limited resources.
Ha! Is that a joke? So they don't have limited resources when it comes to spending what they don't have, yet when the largest ecological disaster to ever occur comes about suddenly they don't have the ability to fund the skimmers.
and I'm talking about the super skimmers that the dutch offered for our use, to which Obama said no. Look it up, if we had those bad boys out on the water as soon as they were offered, there would be DRASTICALLY less oil in the gulf right now.
I really fail to see how people aren't up in arms about this, this isn't some pushover of an event, this is near cataclysmic and we could have done numerous things to reverse or stem the tide, yet nothing.
hahahahha Senator Lemieux, the same one who blocked the bill increasing the liability of BP?
You're taking that out of context first of all, secondly, I don't care if this was the same Senator who was the same Senator who had an anal probe stuck in his ass by aliens. What he says is true.
Imagine if NASA had reported that as clear as day a large asteroid was hurdling towards Earth, would it not be illogical to laugh it off and say, "ha the same NASA that had a space ship blow up because they forgot to put a washer on. this is ridiculous."

The cost should fully lie with BP, what I would've considered doing would have had more skimmers and basically begun the 'clean up' or instigating protective or preventative measures alot sooner with BP footing every cent of the bill, their mess, their clean up. Obama needs to a firm hand with this. The ecological damages occuring everyday are killing so much wildlife and harming so many 'little peoples' jobs (I think thats a quote from BP)
Now thats just my thoughts, remembering Im an outsider and doesnt have the same sorta access to info on the Obama adminsitration as i dont like in America
