I'm actually against. For me it seems like he does everything only to get attention. Condemnation would only give him even more of it. Therefore, I vote "no".

I know, but he approved this proposal while he was still the delegate of TNP. I think he wants this condemnation and I'm not willing to give it to him.

Anyone notice this came from the same crackpots in Trav Khar who wrote their own commendation?
It's chock full of spelling/grammatical errors and wasn't drafted anywhere. It's a pile of garbage. They shamelessly made the same mistakes they made in their other silly resolution which we voted down, and I personally believe they did so in mockery of our institution. That could just be me getting personal about the WASC, but it's bothersome whether you take it personally or not.
I mean, do they really want to be recognized by the WA and the world this badly? So badly that they'd pounce on the subject of Durk's coup in TNP because it was a popular current event and immediately whip up a pile of garbage WASC resolution based on it? They couldn't commend themselves, but they'll force us to be subliminally effected by them in any other way they can, I guess.
Aside from that, I don't think giving Durk any more attention is necessarily beneficial. It's practically encouraging him to do what he does in TNP (a region in which I am now an active member and would like to see improve in the future). Durk was hardly the worst usurper of TNP, as well; I think his latest coup was one of the shortest-lived the region has ever seen.
Always fighting crime -- especially youth-related.

People don't notice good work. Hell, people don't usually even notice great work. But everyone always recognizes complete shrubbery, and remembers it. They just want attention. You'll notice we talk more about these kinds of C&C resolutions than the proper ones. Exactly what they want.

I know what you mean PAI, but the thing is, I care more about resolutions that impact regions or nations that can have an impact on the game. There are obviously some that aren't very well written but they get the job done. The thing is, I honestly couldn't care less about most of those roleplaying SC resolutions you see these days even if they are incredibly well written. 10KI is essentially a gameplay region, there is roleplaying but nothing major. That in reality raises the chance of gameplay SC resolutions having a lot more positive reaction in places like 10KI then Roleplaying resolutions.
