Description: WA Security Council Resolution #24: Condemn Great Nepal shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: RECOGNIZING That Great Nepal has reformed its ways and is now a leading power and not as warlike as it was in the Old Days,

NOTING That while it did commit Violations of Human Rights, it has put a end to them and supported many Resolutions on Human Rights,

FURTHER REALIZING That while Great Nepal had been building Weapons of Mass Destruction many other Nations, in or outside the WA have been building such weapons,

DECLARING that SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION # 24 CONDEMN Great Nepal Should Be Repealed

HEREBY REPEALS World Assembly Security Council Resolution #24 Condemn Great Nepal

Aye. Sorry, Mahaj, but I don't have a lot of faith in GN's ability to suddenly change his ways for the better, nor do I find your arguments in the official forums convincing enough to change my own opinion of him. He has made sure to let plenty of us know many times before with his verbal attacks and history of RPed violence that he absolutely hates the World Assembly, and I suspect he's seeking some sort of personal victory against it by inspiring a repeal of his condemnation (somewhat alike to how Gatesville sought to be condemned by the WA to further validate their position against it and therefore achieve a victory for themselves against our institution).

I experienced some of how GN operated back when I was bigger on the forums, and I fully supported his original condemnation. Having reviewed much what I could find on his most recent work, I'm not convinced. Abstain, if nothing else.
