Looks like someone is going to jail. She is going to appeal, but I don't think that she'll be succesful*sp. Do you guys think that she is going to go to jail? If so, for how long? The max is 20 years.

she had inside info about stocks that were gonna go down, so she sold before it happened. if you ask me, it's playin to game smart. i mean, we use spies to figure out what other countries do, don't we? the gov. should set a good example for its people

There's a bit of a difference between getting inside information and spying. In one case your getting advice on how to make several grand on other's account. In the other your trying to make sure D.C. isn't going to be nuked and start WWIII.

Any guess on how long, if at all she'll be in jail? I'm guessing 1-2 years. I'm sure her cell will be lovely.

They also say that she could actually be going to prison, to make an example of the rest of celebrities
