If CTE Solutions does not execute your instructions satisfactorily, we will return any fees and distribute them to your heirs along with the rest of your assets.
NOTES: If a customer's distribution instructions are ambiguous, CTE Solutions shall interpret them as closely as possible to what the customer desired. We are not liable for situations where an instruction was impossible to perform, etc. If a nation or entity CTE's before the customer does, but the customer does not amend his/her instructions, any funds bequeathed to them shall be distributed according to that nation's will, if they have one, or spread among the other recipients proportionally.
