In ITIS our name we are refered to by our nation's name. I am Fleet Admiral Otupia, since this station is just starting there are 2 more positions for admiral.
ITIS purpose is to monitor space and explore space.
The ranking system follows as so(from lowest to highest).

Parthini, after being a large player in the Gilgamesh wars has decided to keep peace in Space. Parthini has its own Space Station, the GPV New Perfasi, with a bustling population of 5,000,000 workers and scientists producing food for the more needy down in the homeland. However, we have a small space fleet of 100 Armed Space Vessels to keep the peace.

We would like to set up a trade agreement and peace between the two colonies.

Pathini, Narnia would like to be allowed to have at least one researcher on your station as a kind of scientific ambassador. We will pay for the expenses. Our hopes are that between the research being done on your station and the international station science will be greatly enhanced.

Fleet Admiral Otupia, I propose that we assign duties to the seperate ranks. Since Narnia supplied the marines, I could be in charge of internal security and any use of the marines outside of the station. While, Admiral FutureEngland be in charge of outside defence and dealings with other stations and ships. The actual science research doesnt have to fall directly under any of the military so it wont be influenced to be overly military.

My newest space-plane is lifting off. It holds 700 people and has already assembled different pices of my new space elevator.

I'm sending 5 Space construction vehicles or SCVs. I believe this should speed the processes of building additional Habitats and sub-stations.

To make a suggestion, maybe there should be a Rear- Admiral position. This position could serve as an admiral on home issues while the normal admiral would focus on the other issues.

very good. It is a giant elevator that would go from earth to space. It will lower costs and increase productivity 10 fold. It costs ten billion to build. I am putting five billion dovn. Any other want to help fund?
