AMERICAN FOOTBALL SPORTSBOOK
Welcome! This is the location in the XKI Casino where to you can place wagers on American Football games. It will feature the weekly professional National Football League (NFL) games, but will occasionally include NCAA College games, especially at the end of the year during the college bowl season in the USA.
To kick things off, the wagering will be pretty simple. You may wager anywhere from 15-200 Tacos on each of the games posted. All wagers are “against the spread” (ATS). The “spread”, or ‘line’, is the amount of points that odds-makers have determined the favored team in the game will win by. The lines on the games in this thread are those printed in my local paper, “Newsday”, on the day I post them, and they are based on the spreads determined by professional odds-makers in the “Glantz-Culver Line”.
Two kinds of wagers may be made, plus a Bonus can be won:
• The first is a wager on individual games. If you win your bet, you will win 2 times the amount of your wager.
• The second is a “3-Team Parlay” wager. You pick 3 teams to win. If they all win, you receive 8 times your wager.
• Additionally, you don’t have to pick every game, but if you win 10 individual games, you receive a 1,000 Taco Bonus, regardless of how much you wagered on the individual games.
INDIVIDUAL GAMES – Wager from 15-200 Tacos – Winners receive 2 times their wager.
The posting of a game in this thread will look like this:

This line means that Minnesota is playing at Green Bay on Thursday, that the game begins at 8:25 p.m. Eastern Time (USA), and that Green Bay (in bold) is favored to win by 9.5 points.
You may wager from 15 to 200 Tacos on either Minnesota or Green Bay.
• If you wager on Minnesota, the 10 point underdog, you win your wager if they either win the game outright or lose by less than 10 points.
• If you wager on Green Bay, the 10 point favorite, you only win your wager if they win the game by more than 10 points.
•If Green Bay wins by exactly 10 points, the game is called a “push”, or tie, and all wagers on the game are returned to you.
3-TEAM PARLAY – Wager from 15-200 Tacos – Winners receive 8 times their wager.
In addition to wagering on individual games, you may place from wagers on a “3-Team Parlay”. This simply means that you may pick three different teams to cover the spreads in their games. If all three teams do that, you will win 8 times the amount of your parlay wager. However, if one or more of the 3 teams in your parlay lose or push, you lose the amount of your wager. You may play as many different 3-Team Parlays as you want.
WIN 10 BONUS – Win 1,000 Tacos for picking 10 individual games correctly ATS.
You are not required to wager on every game. However, if you correctly pick the winner ATS in 10 or more different games, you will receive a bonus of 1,000 Tacos. You will earn this Bonus regardless of how much you wagered on the individual games, whether it was the minimum of 15 Tacos each, or the max of 200. Just Win 10 and make an additional 1,000 Tacos.
Basic Rules Recap:
• All wagers are against the spread (ATS).
• You may wager from 15 to 200 Tacos on each individual game, as well as on different 3-Team Parlays.
• All wagers must be posted and donations made prior to the start of the game wagered on.
• If you win your wager (i.e., ‘cover the spread’), on an individual game, you win 2 times the amount of your wager.
• If you win your wager on a 3-Team Parlay, you win 8 times the amount of your wager.
• You do not have to wager the same amount on each game or parlay bet. For example, you may wager 15 Tacos on one game, 50 Tacos on another, and 200 Tacos on a third.
• If you win your wagers on 10 or more individual games, you receive a 1,000 Taco Bonus.
